ARR SL VIDYASHRAAM SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL hosted the much awaited Annual Sports day CHAMPIONS PARADE 2K24 on 24th August 2024, in the sprawling ground of the school.
Our Chief Guest, Mr. K. Purushothaman, Head Government affairs, Cognizant technology solutions, the Guest of Honor Dr. Karpagambal Sairam, Consultant Obstetrician, Gynocologist, Fertility Specialist, Chennai, the Special guests, Mr. Sri Ramaloo Pari and Mrs. Bhuvaneshwari Babu, Our Secretary, Mr. A.M Vaidyanaathan and Chairman & Correspondent, Mrs. Sukhamala Vaidyanathan, Our Advisor, Mrs. Revathi Mohan and Our Principal Mrs. Radha Prabhu honoured the occasion.
The zealous parents gathered in large numbers, constantly applauded the enthusiastic young sports stars.
Our Chief guests rewarded the winners with medals and certificates and congratulated them for their victory.
All the four houses displayed strong determination and grit while marching on the track. The synchronising steps and crisp salutes showed their meticulous training.
They represented various tableaus representing Incredible India – Rich culture & Heritage, Tourism, Parliament and T20 Cricket fame.
The energetic and nimble-footed participants performed and won the hearts of the audience with their flying colours performances. It was a wonderful display of agility, coordination, strength and stamina by the SLVians.
The series of games were conducted for the parents to participate and the winners were awarded. Their little ones cheered their parents enthusiastically.
The event continuously laid the emphasis of sports in a child’s life and physical and mental development. It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.
